Once the BTC is purchased you can use the unique BTC address given to you upon checkout to process payment. Simply copy paste the unique wallet code you receive along the BTC amount required to process your order over to your wallet and forward your payment! We generally process your order within 48hrs. Once your order has been processed we will mail your order within 24-72hrs. For all orders, please allow 1-3 Days to receive Tracking and have your order processed, and 2-5 days to receive your order. During times such as Christmas, or other holiday seasons, there may be some small delays so best to order before those busier times of the year or when Postage services may be a little understaffed!

BTC payments made through our payment gateway can take up to 24hrs to clear although they usually clear straight away within minutes. If for whatever reason your order is showing as still pending in your account after 24hrs, please forward us a copy of the transaction ID for us to verify so we can resend your transaction ID back through to the blockchain manually to push blockchain confirmation. The only time we have ever needed to do this is when the Transaction fee is re-adjusted or set too low manually.
